3 Tips to Improved Eating
It is hard to change any habit, especially our eating habits.
Our first tip to improving health is to you focus on small changes. Instead of changing your diet completely, make one conscious change until it becomes a new habit. For example, just focus on changing the type of bread you are eating. If you always eat white bread, then change to whole grain options.
Our second tip is to focus on the positives of your correct diet. What are the good things that you currently eat? Are you getting enough calcium? Are you eating enough fruit?
Our third tip is to keep track of your food intake. The best way to do this is by writing down what you eat every day. This will help you assess your diet to see if you need to eat more or less than from certain food groups.
Eating well is one factor only, that can improve our health and well-being. But it is a strong factor. Other factors include rest and exercise. Before you make any changes please speak to your allied health care practitioner.
