Hello Yummy Mummies!

I am Belinda. I’ve been in the fitness Industry for over 12 years.
I have always had a passion for helping women and now that I am a busy mum of an energetic 2 and a half year old, that passion for helping women – now in particular mums, has become so much greater as I understand and can relate to the journey and struggles that present themselves through motherhood as well as the changes and challenges that affect us all personally (and we all know there are many).


I also understand that while we may share some similar goals, we are all different.
My goal is to motivate mums to turn “no time” into “some time” and provide an environment where mums can work towards achieving their health and fitness goals through a variety of fun-filled sessions and training styles to suit their needs no matter what their circumstances (In a child-friendly environment of course)!
During my pregnancy I put on 22Kg and all I lost for a long time was my motivation and time to do things for myself or even think about myself and what I wanted as a person. For this reason I make it my mission to offer my club as a place for mums to achieve great things by starting at the bare minimum – their health and well-being.
I know that by choosing to be a healthy mum, you also choose to be a better mum and a better version of yourself with more confidence, self-esteem and clarity.
