A perfect class for Yummy Mummy’s wanting to work on their Tummy’s. Designed to rebuild, recondition tighten and tone your midsection in the shortest amount of time possible.

Utilising your body weight, free weights, and resistance tubing tyou will challenge your balance, coordination and improve your functional strength. Expect to do some floor work to strengthen your core and standing exercises target your butts, arms and back.
