Mediation is great as a stress management tool restoring your body, mind and soul. As members you will also get access to a library of Meditation tracks you can stream & relax with at home.

TYMC Boxfit sessions are one of the most effective methods to lose weight, develop stamina and fitness. By applying boxing techniques you will be taken through basic boxing combinations, cardio drills, and specific boxing exercises including defensive work. Workout includes using upper and lower body and is great for anyone wanting to increase their cardio vascular fitness and lose those unwanted kilos.
