Tabata
Weights

Is a method of interval training where you alternate 20 seconds of exercise with 10 seconds of rest. The extremely short rest periods and seemingly constant reps with Tabata protocol make it a perfect way to melt off fat. Despite the lighter weight you’ll use, Tabata can also take your muscle growth to new heights. Doing very high reps with light weight for short periods can help you blow past plateaus and create some serious lean muscle. Leave it to me to create an all over fat blasting Tabata Weights Session!

Is an exercise type that is designed to increase lean muscle tissue, improve structural strength, decrease excess body fat, increase endurance, and provide several additional physical and psychological benefits. Throughout this class you will be performing resistive movements that utilize free weights, dumbbells, resistance bands, medicine and exercise balls, kettlebells, and body weight.

The Title says it all!!! This class is a High Intensity Interval Training circuit. Meaning you will literally work your Ass off for 30 minutes!! It’s Great Fun and very effective for blasting the fat!!

A Great class for beginners or anyone looking to slow it done a notch. This class combines stretching and high repetition exercises which will give your body that long, lean & toned look. In this class we will be focussing on those troublesome areas that us Women struggle to budge the fat from! Our Legs/Bum & Tum!
