I am 100% passionate about living and promoting an active and healthy lifestyle!! It is so easy to get caught up in our day to day busy lives and before you know it, a month or two has gone by without you ever exercising or taking the time out that we all NEED for yourself! I believe in order to function and be a happy, energetic, loving Mum who your family and friends love being around, you need to put time aside for yourself each day! A Healthy Mum is a Happy Mum.
Here at TYMC I pride myself on helping Yummy Mummies become body confident once again! No matter your fitness level you will be welcomed into our child friendly studio with lots of big smiles and encouraged to work hard and have fun in each training session you attend!
My favourite workouts to teach include; boxing, circuit training, HIIT and strength training. I am a qualified cert 3 & 4 Personal Trainer. I have pre and Post Natal qualifications, allowing me to teach Expecting Mums the importance of exercising safely throughout their pregnancy and beyond. I’m a qualified Metafit Coach and hold a Level 1 & 2 in Performance Nutrition, teaching my Clients the importance of good nutrition. (Pilates coming soon!)
Most of my classes are run from my home studio in a private and inviting space, allowing you to workout knowing your child is safe and close by. If you are ready to make the change and want to train in a fun, supportive environment with like-minded women and become a Yummy Mummy
