Meet Collingwood Park’s Trainer Kristen

Hi! My name is Kristen and am a very proud mum of four energetic boys!
I have a strong belief in living an active life which is balanced with family life and work.
I have a background in fitness, holding my Certificate 3 & 4 in Fitness and Diploma in Fitness; exercise specialist.
I have an interest in working for disability groups, children, natural nutrition and everything else in between fitness and nutrition!
Being a mum of four, I understand the transition from pregnancy to motherhood, a very important time for families to spend quality with the kids, and finding the time to look after yourself – in all the craziness!
I believe fitness and good nutrition can and WILL increase confidence and relieves stress- and helps that body get back its bounce after kids!!
