I’m a mum of 3. I started my mum life very early at the age of 16. As mums we always put others before ourselves. Making time to do something for ourselves is so important. I found this out when depression showed its ugly face. I knew something had to change. I had to start putting myself first so I can be the best mum and wife I can.
