In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut, baking powder and salt

Beat in vanilla, butter, natvia or stevia and egg until well combined

Slowly beat in the almond flour mixture until the dough is well mixed and stir in the chocolate chips

Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Shape dough into 1-inch balls and place 2 inches apart on the baking sheet. Press each ball with the heel of your hand to flatten

Bake 12 to 14 minutes, until browning in colour
