It’s funny, when something clicks it clicks. For the first time in I don’t know how long I have been able to commit and stay committed to something. The Yummy Mummy Club offers a diverse exercise and nutrition program that allows me to attend when my husband is home to look after our baby.
The Pilates has helped to build my core strength which aided in getting over the little niggles resulting from pregnancy. Boot camp is a word I never thought would be in my vocabulary, seriously I wondered why people would wake up early to punish themselves. Luckily it’s not that early and it’s fun. I actually look forward to going every week and hanging out with the other yummy mummies while we get fit and fab together is an added bonus.
Now that we are nearing the end of the term I am really enjoying the compliments as my body has transformed over the weeks. I look forward to the new term and seeing if I can push myself even further.
