Ingredients
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 4oz chicken cutlets
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup cashews (finely chopped, roasted)
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon red pepper
- 4 teaspoons honey
- cooking spray
Method

Preheat oven to 325 degrees

In a small bowl, combine buttermilk and stir. Coat chicken

In a small skillet, heat over a medium flame. Add breadcrumbs to pan and cook until golden. |

Combine breadcrumbs, cashews, rosemary, salt and red pepper) in a shallow dish. Remove chicken from buttermilk mixture and cover in breadcrumb mixture |

Bake at until chicken is done |

Drizzle honey |
